各位有經驗的前輩您好,
因最近在研究房屋的結構,但有些部分有點疑惑,
若透天房屋的梁柱及各層樓版及各戶間隔牆及房屋外牆都是用RC建構起來~
但房間彼此間的隔間牆(此道隔間牆是可以打掉,變成整層主臥)及廁所是用磚造的~
想請問各位有經驗的前輩們,關於這樣的建築可以算是RC構造嗎?
安全上會不會有疑慮?
再麻煩有經驗的前輩們指點迷津!
