北韓火箭測試場疑有動工跡象

（法新社首爾31日電）美國研究機構指出，最新衛星影像顯示北韓又有新動作，在去年12月發射長程火箭的地點展開最新大型建設計畫。

約翰霍普金斯大學（Johns Hopkins University）美韓研究所（US-Korea Institute）昨天在「北緯38度」網站（38 North）貼文說，建設計畫包括1個可能用來測試機動式彈道飛彈的全新發射台。

網站說，今年中動工的這起建設計畫，地點在通稱為東倉里（Tongchang-ri）的西海衛星發射場（SohaeSatellite Launching Station）。

這個鄰近西北海岸的發射場，是共產北韓去年12月成功發射銀河3號火箭的基地。

網站說，除了鋪新路、改建軍隊用的複合式建築及重啟1項永久性雷達追蹤系統之打造計畫，最新衛星畫面似乎顯示，北韓也在打造新的發射台。

網站說：「現在還很難判定這個場地的確切用途，不過一個可能的解釋是，平壤當局正在打造『平坦發射台』，一個從直立發射式運輸載具測試機動式彈道飛彈的大型混凝土區。」
