李毓芬首次到大陸拍戲，熬過上海逾40℃的高溫「烤驗」，卻因太菜被當地生活助理欺負，對方擺臭臉、摔筷子、偷睡覺，她想和對方溝通，對方竟先聲奪人說：「OK！我走！」反遭「開除」，把她嚇傻！

她在上海拍《淘女郎》又熱又累，每天早上４點半起床化妝，拍到晚上10點才收工，幾乎每場戲都有她，號稱「全壘打」，但月領5000元人民幣（約２萬4500台幣）的助理，比她還不耐操。

經紀人Elsa說，她剛去的第一周有經紀人在，助理還算正常，經紀人一走，助理馬上原形畢露，對她惡行惡狀，每次她需要幫忙時總找不到人，後來發現她躲在遠處角落睡覺。經紀人想立刻換掉，她卻心軟，認為對方才20歲出頭，再給她機會，主動溝通卻遭對方回嗆「早就不想幹了」，現在她已換了新助理。
