有關拋棄繼承，漏列共有財產

民法第一千一百四十八條（限定繼承之有限責任）
繼承人自繼承開始時，除本法另有規定外，承受被繼承人財產上之一切權利、義務。但權利、義務專屬於被繼承人本身者，不在此限。
繼承人對於被繼承人之債務，以因繼承所得遺產為限，負清償責任。

民法第一千一百七十四條（繼承權拋棄之自由及方法）
繼承人得拋棄其繼承權。
前項拋棄，應於知悉其得繼承之時起三個月內，以書面向法院為之。
拋棄繼承後，應以書面通知因其拋棄而應為繼承之人。但不能通知者，不在此限。
