那麼請問下列情況何者會造成侵權何者不會。

1. 同類型商品(ex:衣服)，名字一樣(ex:123)，圖形一樣(ex:河流)

2. 不同類型商品(ex:衣服<- ->玩具)，名字一樣(ex:123)，圖形一樣(ex:河流)

3. 同類型商品(ex:衣服)，名字不一樣(ex:456)，圖形一樣(ex:河流)
