小妹在某知名pizza店上班,已經服務了5年之久,但是最近因主管變動造成一些不愉

快不想繼續在此服務,但是我想把我該得到的權益拿回來,因為有時候一天上班超時12

小時,還有加班超過8小也沒有以1.33倍薪資給付,國定假日也沒有2倍薪水,還常常有那

種加班沒薪水的情形,但是平時發薪水都沒有給證明,像薪資袋,薪資單等等都沒有,都是

領現金

1. 像這種情形有什麼辦法可以檢舉嗎?

2.公司裡面的電腦可以印出這5年打打卡記錄,我如果擅自印出帶走會不會觸犯法律?
