文藻外語大學創意藝術產業研究所13名研究生，為展現所學並將理論融入實務作品中，特別提案承租屏東縣政府枋寮F3藝文特區，在通過嚴格的計劃審核後，正式揭牌運作。文藻外語大學創意藝術產業研究所第六屆共13名在職生，有人從事媒體工作，有人擔任獸醫，他們透過各自專長，群策群力，展現非凡的文創能量。他們發揮巧思，以「13P」命名，正式進駐屏東縣政府枋寮藝術村F3藝文特區。
