《國際產業》戴爾私有化，傳獲股東通過

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】彭博社引述消息人士報導，戴爾與私募股權投資公司銀湖所提出的249億美元私有化決議案，已在股東間取得闖關成功的足夠票數。

消息人士透露，三分之二具表決權股數的持有者，已經表態支持戴爾公司的私有化交易。投票結果將在周四（12日）總部召開的會議上正式宣布。

美國億萬富豪投資人伊坎（Carl Icahn）周一意外宣布放棄阻撓戴爾下市，使戴爾創辦人麥克．戴爾（Michael Dell）推動的公司私有化計畫可望順利進行。
