公司 類比科 仁寶 職稱 FAE HW RD 待遇 N+4K (責任制) N (含加班費) 年薪N-20K N (分紅加班費出差費) (分紅出差費另計) (若加起來應該是N+300K) 地點 台北 韓國 台北 住所 租房 租房 福利 只保證14個月全薪 含分紅通常有到16個月 但分紅通常有兩個月 工時 9:00~19:00(台北) 9:00~22:00 9:00~?? (韓國) 小弟目前在仁寶做了三年HW RD 目前拿到類比科FAE的offer 朋友都說RD發展性比較好 去了FAE就回不去RD了 何況目前的offer薪水並沒有比現在高到哪裡去 還需要常跑韓國 可是目前代工廠也到了一定的瓶頸 系統廠的HW也差不多就是那樣 有這個機會可以接觸到power的領域 而且小弟對語言滿有興趣的 (不務正業?) 接觸很多年的韓語 程度卻老是不上不下 (上班而且幾乎用不到韓語) 也想藉這個機會把韓語練好 (雖然不知道會韓語以後還能幹嘛!?) 也可以藉機出去看看外面的世界 但也怕FAE會像朋友們說的未來沒發展性 想請問是否要換工作 還是繼續龜在原來的公司再慢慢找其他的工作? 感謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.233.157.158
