新聞出處 http://news.chinatimes.com/domestic/11050611/112013101800257.html 台南市動物防疫保護處擬在六甲原飛彈指揮部營區設立「動物教育園區」，落實動物保護及動物生態教育，卻遭鄉親誤解要把流浪狗遷往六甲，引發強烈反彈與杯葛，動保處長李朝全坦言無奈，強調若民眾不支持也不強求。　李朝全指出，鑑於動物保護觀念薄弱，遭棄養的流浪犬貓數量居高不下，虐待動物事件也頻傳，動保處想從教育著手，讓下一代體認保護動物的重要性，向農委會爭取1億5 千萬經費研議設置動物教育園區。　動保處相中六甲區原國軍飛彈指揮部營區作為基地，該閒置營區面積達4公頃，未來將在動物生態教育園區設立動保法宣導教育館、可愛動物區、螢火蟲區及流浪動物認領養區等。　動保處昨天前往六甲區舉辦說明會，由於動物教育園區屆時也將把原本位於善化的台南市動物之家的流浪狗一併遷來，引來許多鄉親反彈，抱怨不希望流浪狗遷來這裡，也有民眾直指該處要蓋老人照護中心或醫美中心，就是不歡迎流浪狗。　李朝全解釋，如果收養數量不多，其實也傾向廢除。他說，目前善化約收養600多隻，但認養率也有增加趨勢，達到47%，民眾若認養踴躍，流浪狗貓數量只會越來越少，鄉親的疑慮根本不存在。　針對鄉親砲聲隆隆，他坦言，動物教育園區立意佳也具教育意義，但若鄉親真的不支持、不買單，動保處也絕對不會勉強。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.80.130.94
