八里雙屍案士林地院今宣判

新北市八里雙屍命案，士林地院今天下午五點宣判。

被告謝依涵曾是「媽媽嘴」咖啡店的女店長，因爆發八里雙屍案而丟了工作。檢方指控，謝依涵為了謀財，今年2月對咖啡店熟客「富商」陳進福、張翠萍夫婦下藥，將迷昏的兩人帶到附近紅樹林中持刀殺害。兩夫妻失蹤十天，遺體一前一後浮出淡水河，檢警才發現這起震驚社會的殺人案，最後將謝依涵以「強盜殺人」五大罪名起訴並求處嚴厲之刑。

雖然謝依涵審理期間坦承殺人，但否認刑度較重的「強盜殺人罪」，反而辯稱她是為了擺脫陳進福的感情糾纏，不得以才將人殺害，似乎想利用法官同情心，說服法官不要判她死刑。
