男友當兵寄信去營區求解

請問，我這樣寫地址會送到營區嗎???會到到我男友手上嗎????
"左營90239-4號"

還是說一定要這樣寫才會安全收到呢?

"左營郵政 90239附4號信箱"

因為一開始沒聽清楚男友說的地址也沒正確確認，已經寫了2封第一種方式，很擔心會送不到他手上!!!!
