諾基亞：與三星的手機專利協議再延長5年

諾基亞周一發布聲明，原本與南韓三星 (Samsung Electronics) (005930-KR) 之間的手機專利授權將於今年稍晚到期，但目前雙方已達成協議，將再延長授權5年。

根據新協議內容，自明年起，諾基亞將取得三星額外的補償，但總額要等2015年議定。

諾基亞雖然已提議出售手機事業給微軟 ( (US-MSFT) )，但仍計畫保有其專利組合。
