想請問一下以下例子，友人沒有車子可是想與女友開車出遊，故來向我借車與女友出門遊玩。
遊玩途中發生車禍導致友人及其女友死亡。
想請問一下，車主友肇事或民事的責任嗎？？
友人或女友的家屬可以向車主請求賠償嗎？？
以上例子滿18歲有駕照情況下。@@
麻煩各位大大幫忙解答。
