請問搶奪罪可上訴到幾審?原告若只有人證可否成立?

如題~

1.請問搶奪罪最高可到幾審?

2.一審已經判為撕毀私人文件拘役45天(可易科罰金1000/日)
但因原告上訴堅持要告搶奪罪好讓被告被關!但原告只有人證/被告也有人證
那成立的機會高嗎??

3.二審最好的情況只能保持一審判決嗎?還是有機會改判無罪的呢?!

4.請問台南或高雄有哪裡可以請到免費律師出庭打官司呢?
被告家境無法申請低收.但幫家裡還債也真的沒錢可請律師!

5.二審就該請律師了嗎?還是可以到三審在請呢?

因為朋友真的不能被關~因為他的爸媽都是他在扶養的!
請大家可以盡量幫忙解惑嗎?
(麻煩不要剪貼法條~盡量白話~因為我們都不太懂法律)
