小朋友感冒10天不好　可能是氣喘

氣喘最常見症狀僅是較易咳嗽，卻常誤判為感冒或支氣管炎，導致氣喘罹患率容易被低估，直到有喘、呼吸困難，才會看專科醫師，台灣氣喘學會今早舉辦衛教講座，台北榮總胸腔部呼吸感染免疫科主任江啟輝，在會後接受媒體訪問時表示，門診中，大約有7成左右的患者，都曾將氣喘誤以為是感冒，他曾收治過一位6歲左右的小男生，因為連續咳嗽10幾天，母親誤以為是感冒，結果帶他去掛一般小兒科門診，後來吃感冒藥後，過不到多久又再次咳嗽，而且同樣咳了10幾天，一到院檢查，才發現是本身過敏體質造成的氣喘問題。
