先不論相機設定，您的鏡頭16-50本身就不是一支很適合拍機車追焦的鏡頭~
山路中的機車追焦需要畫面張力，太廣角的鏡頭會造成主體在畫面中的比例偏小，不僅不容易塑造張力，也會比較難持續地對主體做對焦的動作。
你可以考慮借一顆18-200或55-210的鏡頭再試看看^^
