洪石成的大女兒洪慈綪昨晚緊盯電視，等不到菲國政府的道歉，對於菲方今將派特使來慰問，洪慈綪說沒有國際記者會的公開道歉，特使不用來，他們也不接受。

洪石成家屬說，不接受來家中道歉，他們只希望國際間的公開道歉。家屬並呼籲外交部，「請你腦袋和身體不要移位，外交部可以接受嗎？他們有公開聲明做錯什麼了嗎？」
