摘要：新竹縣五峰鄉長葉賢民涉嫌要求廠商支付工程回扣，由廠商招待喝花酒及到大陸旅遊，新竹地檢依貪汙罪嫌起訴。案件15日在新竹地院原住民專庭開庭，葉賢民步出法庭後哽咽地說，「委曲我的支持者，讓他們心裡很痛，我沒有做錯事，我的想法是為地方做事，如果法官覺得我有罪，願意接受法律制裁。」。受訪者是葉賢民。
