未成年車禍問題.該如何?

我今年17歲在下班回家途中因為打滑而與別人相撞
而對方說她只要醫藥費就好
但是當下有人報警所以我再當下因為一時慌亂而報了自已哥哥身份
當下也拿嘞行照給警察看.哥哥有駕照縮以我為了6000塊的無照駕駛罰單所以就報了.

1.警察有說要做筆錄那我該用我哥的還是我的身分??

2.因為是發到現在已經二十幾天了而對方也說要和解那是千和解書簽一簽就好了還是??

3.如果要做筆錄他會看身分徵??還是會掉照片出來看??那如果作筆錄要帶身分證媽??

4.如果對方做完筆錄我會非作不可媽??那如果沒做會??

急!!!!!!
