關於眼瞼下垂.割雙眼皮和開眼頭

大家好我想請問一下這三個

我本來因為美觀 (讓眼睛變大所以想去割雙眼皮 ((本來是小小的內雙

但是到了整形診所諮詢之後他說我有眼瞼下垂的症狀

如果沒處理掉的話就算割了雙眼皮效果也不大

我想請問大家聽說眼瞼下垂有健保己付所以我應該要去醫院的眼科看嗎?

如果做完眼瞼下垂的手術就能讓眼睛變大嗎? 還是要割雙眼皮??

還有我說的這三個項目的後遺症和費用
