停車場不租機車 新北市引爭議

（中央社記者王鴻國新北市29日電）新北市中和區民享市場地下停車場6月起將由市府接管營運，原有機車停車格不再續租引爭議。市府強調，依法不能續租。

新北市議員江永昌今天表示，民享停車場管理權易手後，接獲民眾陳情指出，每月花新台幣500元租用機車停車位，已租了約1年半，日前卻接獲通知不再續租。

江永昌表示，民眾按規定繳費停車，沒想到市府一接手後，僅以一紙公告就不准車主繼續租用機車格，實在很不合理。

新北市政府交通局表示，不再開放機車格，主要是接手管理前發現，停車場竣工圖上未規劃機車位，使用執照也無機車停車使用內容，僅能供汽車停放。

江永昌說，工務局解釋，若機車格位置不影響交通與逃生動線，儘管建築物竣工圖未規劃供機車停放使用，但仍可以辦理變更使用，增設機車停車用途。

交通局表示，接管經營後若續開放租用機車格，不符使用規定。但未來將會進行檢討，若地方真有停放機車需要，交通局會考慮提案變更使用。1020529
