雞排妹鄭家純(Ili)日前拍攝「一天一粒」短片，教學如何變身網路美女。她請來好友幫她化妝，一開始就畫上正氣凜然的「海鷗眉」！接著塗上厚重的眼、鼻影，以及誇張的大紅色口紅，最後幫豐滿的她再補上更深的事業線。完成後還自嘲「台版少林足球阿梅」，她笑說：「我是覺得，照片拍起來還滿美的！」

雞排妹認為網美在網路上充斥，且多數都是靠化妝跟修圖，但由於他們技巧純熟，讓人分不出真假，有些甚至還有不少粉絲。而以往雞排妹在演藝圈給人清純與好身材的印象，如今搞怪拍攝此段影片，想靠著自己的犧牲，藉此影片反諷這個現象。
