51歲的「美國甜心」梅格萊恩（Meg Ryan）日前出席義大利西西里舉辦的道米納電影節（Taormina Film Fest），被媒體拍到疑整容整過頭，不僅臉緊繃，嘴唇也不自然，其笑容被美國媒體譏笑為，像是《黑暗騎士》中希斯萊傑所飾演的小丑。

根據美國媒體報導，梅格萊恩20日出席道米納電影節時，穿著全黑衣服，豐滿的嘴唇格外搶眼，不過臉和嘴唇僵硬不自然，被認為越整越慘，尤其是不自然的雙唇，就像小丑笑容一樣。

其實梅格萊恩對自己的嘴唇相當在意，曾在2003年傳出整形，因她老嫌自己的嘴唇太薄，因而做了豐唇手術，之後為了保有青春的臉孔，在臉上不只一處動刀，甚至去做了便宜的小針美容，一笑起來，嘴歪眼斜，被媒體稱為「新科學怪姐」。
