勞健保積欠問題 以及想加入農保

我在2010.12月退伍

所以當時就轉出健保了

至今2013年 我在自己擺地攤維生

所以也都沒有勞健保

我積欠了兩年半的 健保費 和 國民年金

最近開始從事農事 也獲得家父贈與的一塊農地 (一分地符合農保資格)

所以最近想結清自己之前的欠款 加入農保

想請問一下 我應該是要先繳清之前積欠的 國民年金 和健保費嗎?

因為加入農保之後的健保 比較便宜 我能先加入農保 再補繳嗎?

有誰可以告訴我一下流程 我現在剛拿到土地 戶籍也轉到農地所在地

我要怎麼處理我之前積欠的勞健保 和 加入農保呢 20點奉上
