其實你的算法要倒過來，會比較清楚。

1.你的「正常每月薪資」是領多少？(就是沒有請假、包含全勤獎金、各種津貼)

2.勞保局給你的10天職災「薪資補貼」是多少？(就是你目前的勞保投保薪資金額乘以70%，再除以30(天)，再乘以10)

3.第一項減掉第二項的金額，就是你公司必須補齊給你的金額。

另外，勞保局給你的職災「薪資補貼」是匯到你帳戶的，所以公司應該比你還急，因為公司不趕緊去申請你的職災「薪資補貼」，反正職災勞工是領全薪的，到時候公司就自己全出這筆錢。
