標題[請益] 預謀離職卻遇到一些小麻煩

大家好 在我的部門中除了主管外，不論是誰都需要輪班 剛好九月就輪到小弟上常日班 本來預計九月初提離職九月底離開 這樣可以把積的假一口氣用光(因不須找人幫忙輪班比較方便) 本都規劃好一些事情，例如:出國 卻因為主管提到九月有一個新的專案需要一個固定位置的人上常日班 問我能不能勝任!? 我的困惑點 1.如果現在向老闆說實話我怕九月會沒辦法上常日班 這樣我的計畫就被打亂了 2.如果先接下專案等九月再提離職這樣在我離職前會很難看... 畢竟我認為這個圈子頗小 不曉得貴板是否有人可以為小弟開釋一下 感恩 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.126.150.97
