各位先進，小弟是國立理工碩士，最近拿到這兩個OFFER， 不知道如何抉擇，請各位給點意見吧! 友達晶材 台塑南亞 職位 研發工程師 研發人員 工時 0800~0600 面試時主管說下班時間不一定 == 福利 未知 好像步錯 薪資 N*14+績效獎金 N*14 一年好像72w 地點 后里 嘉義新港 住所 宿舍或家裡 租屋 不知道哪個比較有發展性，未來薪水的成長比較快， 南亞新港廠的環境好嗎?還是化工廠都一樣遭? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.252.201.21
