踹部長門案 15日傳喚邱議瑩

（中央社記者劉世怡台北14日電）北檢偵辦立法委員邱議瑩涉踹壞法務部長室大門案，明天以被告身分傳喚邱議瑩到案說明，並在後天傳喚立委葉宜津等作證。

對於邱議瑩有無請假等問題，台北地檢署發言人黃謀信指出，傳訊時間未到，無法回答。

邱議瑩等多名民主進步黨籍立委不滿法務部對前總統陳水扁的醫療處遇，4月19日嗆聲並踹破法務部長辦公室的門；法務部說，此舉涉妨害公務等罪，函送法辦。

邱議瑩在5月6日收到台北地檢署寄送的傳票時表示，當天是因民進黨立法院黨團交付任務，而與黨團同事一起前往法務部，法務部卻只針對她，黨團同事準備集體自首；她坦然面對、正面迎戰。

北檢承辦檢察官鄧媛為調查真相，除發函向各電視台調閱當天拍攝影帶及法務部內各監視器畫面之外，日前赴法務部勘驗受損大門。

此外，檢方為釐清邱議瑩踹門等細節，也已寄送傳票給立委葉宜津、陳亭妃、趙天麟等人，要求他們在16日出庭作證。1020514
