法新社今天(15日)短訊報導，菲律賓總統艾奎諾三世(Benigno Aquino)對台灣漁民死亡一事，表示道歉。

法新社引述菲律賓總統府發言人陳顯達(Edwin Lacierda)表示，菲律賓總統艾奎諾三世對1名台灣漁民遭到菲律賓海岸防衛隊打死一事，表示道歉；同時也對台灣方面憤怒呼籲冷靜。

法務部將派員赴菲調查（1） (圖)

陳顯達表示，艾奎諾三世已經指派負責對台關係的馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處(MECO)理事主席裴瑞茲(Amadeo R. Perez, Jr.)，擔任他的私人代表，前往台灣，代替他和菲律賓人民，對台灣漁民洪成石先生的家人以及台灣人民，就這件不幸和意想不到的生命損失，表達深摯的遺憾和歉意。
