立法院本會期已經接近尾聲，但許多重大法案仍懸而未決。台聯黨團今天上午召開記者會，呼籲國民黨「法案沒有共識，不應強行通過」。包括證所稅、兩岸互設辦事處、核四公投案等，都還有許多爭議，國民黨不可以強渡關山。

台聯立委黃文玲、許忠信和林世嘉都表示，反對召開臨時會，不應該把臨時會當作常態。他們也質疑，核四公投案今天已經到了一個月協商期，國民黨可能隨時會祭出表決。
