未滿18歲犯罪對於成年後求職的影響

請問若有未滿18歲的少年曾犯罪，少年法庭判家長帶回管教。

該少年於成年後求職，若公司要求填寫是否曾經犯罪而被控訴或拘捕，少年是否應填是？

1. 若填否，雇主是否能查出少年以前有犯罪紀錄而予以解僱？
2. 若填否，日後被雇主發現18以前有犯罪，予以解僱合法嗎？
3. 若填否，而工作契約書內註明若填寫資料不實，將予以解僱。而日後被雇主發現18以前有犯罪，予以解僱合法嗎？
