因雙星案遭起訴的台北市議員賴素如，交保後首度站上議會質詢台質詢市長郝龍斌。不過整場發言，賴素如所關心的只有YouBike議題，對敏感的雙子星案，絕口不提。

台北市議會今（25）日下午邀郝龍斌接受質詢，賴素如被分在第10組（今日第2組），與秦儷舫、李彥秀和王鴻薇一同質詢，發言時間約為6分鐘。

賴素如提出YouBike設置問題，她認為自己服務的士林區與北投區，還有隔壁的內湖區建置率較低，希望市府能多加改善，郝龍斌也正面回應，強調這3區確實是市府未來的重點設置區。

郝龍斌強調，當初北市府就規劃每個行政區都要有10個租借站，因此未來每區的數量都會相同。

賴素如質詢結束後，快步離開議場，被問到重新站上發言台的感想，她只回應「謝謝大家！」。同組發言的王鴻薇也給讚揚賴的表現，認為她替選民爭取權益，儘管看起來有些憔悴，但王認為，每個人遇到同樣的事情，憔悴是難免的。

至於郝龍斌方面，則和昨日說法雷同，賴素如現在仍保有議員身分，因此會按照慣例，也不會感到尷尬。
