德國會議員首見非洲裔

（中央社記者林琳柏林2013年9月25日專電）社民黨（SPD）籍的狄亞比（Karamba Diaby）在22日國會選舉勝出，成為德國國會首位非洲裔國會議員。

1986年從塞內加爾（Senegal）到當年的東德進大學修習化學的狄亞比，在2001年入德國籍。2008年加入社民黨並且積極參與黨務。他去年被提名為德東哈雷（Halle）選區社民黨候選人。

國會選舉參選人當中，有移民背景並不多，狄亞比是唯一的非洲裔，所以，他的參選頗受媒體矚目。

德國國會在選後大洗牌。根據官方統計，新國會的630席當中，有229席是新人，其中基民/基社聯盟（CDU/CSU）有114席，社民黨（SPD）有86席，綠黨（Gruene）有18席，左派黨（Linke）有11席。
