突然掉好多頭髮

以前我頭髮很多又長
都沒有掉頭髮 只有打結一些狀況才會掉髮

但是從去年下半年開始
我的頭髮開始掉了
就算我的頭髮是梳好的沒有任何打結
只要我手一抓 就會有兩三根頭髮掉下來
更不用說 睡醒頭髮要掉多少根
洗完頭髮也是 吹完頭髮我的洗手台裡面就好多頭髮

請問 為什麼我會掉頭髮呢?
我該怎麼做才能減少掉髮呢?
還是我該去看醫生!!??
