陳菊不同意馬總統主權先擱置說法

總統馬英九今（14）日接見多明尼加國防部長巴勒得上將時表示，要從主權出發才能談漁權，但主權如果有爭議，可以先擱置；高雄市長陳菊說，她不同意這種說法，台灣的主權問題沒有任何懷疑，已很清楚。

菲律賓公務船槍殺我國漁民，外交部限時72小時道歉，菲國將循一中模式解決，馬總統在接見外賓時作上述表示；對此，陳菊今天下午接受媒體採訪時，主權與漁權是兩碼事，她覺得馬總統的說法「非常不適切」。

陳菊說，國際人權、人道對菲國槍殺台灣漁民之事同聲譴責，台灣人民都支持政府在此階段拿出對策，保護國家尊嚴。
