撞死修護員 航勤人員賠8百萬

（中央社記者黃意涵台北17日電）在航勤公司工作的李姓男子開電源車倒車時，不慎撞死修護員房姓男子，房男家屬求償。最高法院今天判李男賠償806萬多元。

根據判決書指出，李姓男子於民國99年10月8日在桃園國際機場一處機坪駕駛電源車，準備為班機提供地面電源時，未遵循相關人員指揮就擅自倒車入場後，撞死在電源車後方的房姓男子。

房男的家屬提起刑事附帶民事訴訟，請求李男賠償扶養費、精神慰撫金等共新台幣1000多萬元。

刑事部分，李男已被依業務過失致死罪，判處有期徒刑7月、緩刑2年確定。

最高法院維持台灣高等法院認定，房男未待發動機關車、起落架輪檔檔妥，就提早進入停機坪執行檢查工作，應負20%的過失，判李男賠償房男家屬806萬多元定讞。1020517
