收到電信公司委外的通信費存證信函

在這個月中收到了台灣大哥大委外的債權公司寄給我的存證信函
信中並沒有提及我欠他們多少錢 只說明台灣大哥大已將債權賣給
該債權公司 ，親自打電話到台灣大哥大證明確有此事 詢問之下
通信費(包含每月資費)+違約金 快五萬 這個天價我實在付不出來
而且我心想 有那麼多嗎? 現在每個月的固定開銷 已經讓我喘不過氣
也查過了 該債權公司 也很硬 請各位教教我該怎麼做 拜託!
