優先購買權的行使方式

日前收到地方法院通知我隔壁的土地被法拍，而我有優先購買權，因最近我家附近被建商蓋的亂七八糟，所以該土地我有意購買，不讓建商標走。

請教如何跟法院行使優先購買權？過程如何?
