房屋漏水存證信函怎麼寫~請幫幫我
請問各位大大:我家樓上住戶，因為他家水管漏水至我家，已經快2個月了，房間裡面都要用水桶裝漏水，有打電話跟他說，但是他都不理，甚至還用電話錄音，說我再恐嚇他，而且態度又很差，常常講一半就掛我電話。
所以我想寄存證信函給他，請他出面協調，請問我該如何寫存證信函給他?
