工作時發生義外死亡

死亡著本身是登記公司負責人....有勞動工作
這是間共同合夥入股的公司
昨天在工地發生墜樓意外
因是5人以下公司
勞健保都跟公會

請問現在該怎麼處理後續問題
其他合夥人需要負什ㄇ責任嗎
意外當天都一起到工地工作
