請問這樣構成詐欺嗎?

我去年2月受聘到上海一家由台灣人在大陸經營的工廠,老闆也同時在忙另一間公司,不方便處理工廠事務,找我協助處理,故以公司名義廠商購買工作母機,後因公司資金周轉付不出貸款,現在被廠商以詐欺罪起訴,請問我這樣有構成詐欺嗎?
