北韓領導人金正恩派幕僚訪陸

（路透首爾22日電）北韓中央通信社報導，領導人金正恩已派遣高級軍官以特使身分訪問中國大陸。

人民軍總政治局長崔龍海這趟行程細節不明，他是自金正恩姑丈張成澤2012年8月以來，訪陸的最高層級官員。 大陸是北韓唯一主要外交盟友。中央社（翻譯）
