潘基文籲北韓停止測試飛彈

聯合國秘書長「潘基文」呼籲北韓停止試射飛彈，並且請求俄羅斯協助勸說。

北韓在週末時，接連試射了四枚短程飛彈，正在「莫斯科」訪問的「潘基文」大聲疾呼，要求北韓節制，不要引發區域性緊張，同時，「潘基文」在與俄羅斯總統「普丁」會談後，也呼籲俄羅斯協助說服北韓恢復對話，討論核武事宜。
