請各位幫我解決車禍的問題 謝謝

前幾天出車禍～我騎摩托車對方開公司的貨車～
我騎的那條路是閃光黃燈號誌～我是直行慢車道時速50多～
對方是閃光紅燈號誌～是十字路口～對方也是直行～
對方開過來我從貨車副駕駛座撞下去～
我的摩托車倒地～我翻了ㄧ圈四肢手腳擦傷～
我的摩托車要修理估價要ㄧ萬五以上~
還有出車禍我在家休息6天沒上班~
如果像我這樣我如何跟對方理賠?
責任是那方面比較嚴重？
對方是請保險公司的人跟我談～
到時候去調解委員會一個人的時候要什麼說?
我怕我的摩托車對方沒賠～一萬五以上是我的薪水一半多了!
