有關妨礙秘密罪的問題..

公司甲男已婚(早班) 妻子也是公司員工(大夜班)
最近甲男跟乙女(公司員工早班單身)發展婚外情

想請問 如果偷拍他們進出旅館照片(旅館門口)
再把照片散怖給公司同事 這樣有罪ㄇ?

真的很看不慣他們 可是又礙於跟甲男老婆不熟
且老婆算是比較懦弱型的 所以無法從老婆那裏下手

因為我想到報紙 周刊 偷拍藝人於公共場合 好像都沒事
旅館門口,櫃檯 應該也算公共場所吧??

請懂法律的大大幫忙解答.....
如果是犯法的 有甚麼方法可化解 或是有甚麼方法可以合法的踢爆他們...
