房租沒付有簽下契約真的會被告嗎?

因三個月沒付房租而當初押金房東說可押一個月就可以

所以三個月的房租扣掉押金一個月

還有兩個月房租沒付也搬離那裏了

當時為想證明我不是故意積欠房租不付

有跟房東說這兩個月的房租我會負責清償

那房東說要簽下一份契約書

為期一個月時間如果到時沒付就用詐欺來告我

契約我有簽名蓋手印

請問大大們我真的到時付不出來的話

房東拿著那份契約去警察局報案是不是會成效??

那我該怎麼做?
