刑事附帶民事的賠償

本人因車禍開庭後有跟簡易庭的法官說本案件要附帶民事賠償~但最後因為被告無心和解法官最後說要送法院再審~谁知道我最近收到簡易判決處行書~所以表示判決確定了嗎? 那我的附帶賠償法官都沒說到要不要幫我送?

重點:我在庭上有說我要附帶民事賠償~可是法官都沒說要不要幫我附帶民事賠償呢?那我是要在自己去申請?還是法院會幫我轉去民事賠償呢?

順便請問一下我要是請律師幫我寫民事賠償狀費用會很貴嗎大概都多少呢?
