會計法修正 顏清標.柯文哲除罪!

顏清標跟柯文哲現在兩個人的名字，竟然會連在一塊。原來是立院星期五深夜通過會計法...公款的民代教授，核銷費用，都納入特別費除罪範圍，也就是說，拿公款喝花酒的顏清標可望出獄，因為研究補助被起訴的柯文哲也可望除罪
