在大陸的工廠被附近村民圍廠,該如何處理?

本人目前在大陸的一家工廠上班中,但附近居民以工廠有污水及空氣排放不合格,有污染為理由,發動村民來圍廠,
由"老人會"發動群眾,發走路工錢,利用老弱婦嬬來工廠裏坐著,各個車間只要有動作他們就會前往干擾,
叫110警察來,也是看了就走,說是你們工廠自己與群眾的問題,自己設法解決
跟鎮及區等政府反應,也是一個樣,叫你自己跟村民溝通...(講白了就是要給錢買平安)當然老板不願意,有沒更好的解決辦法?
